    Sharp mx m3551

    Machine panel freezes up ,no codes , prints go nowhere, must turn main power switch off/on.anyone run into this? Thanks Dave

      Unplug network cable and try. Network looping also can cause our sharp mfp hang / freeze

          IP has likely been duplicated. Had a customer once put a new server in, and didn't realize they statically assigned it the same IP as one of their copiers.

          Another alternative is the port where the network cable is got messed up, or power is somehow crossed into it, confusing the MFP pwb.

          Either issue, unplug the network cable and see what happens.
