authentical fail by admin mode sharp MX-2651

firstly, I was fixed my copier when error code E7 93 is HDD error in sharp MX-2651, so formatted hdd and restored backup data is all fine.
But the next day customer is not accessed printer by user account. Default administrator is also not accessed printer and not print out SIM 22 06 data.
i would like to accesss copier by admin mode. how should i fix this issue ,pls suggest. Thanks.

Sounds like you need to replace the HDD going by the symptoms you listed.

    Good luck

Yeah, formatting the HDD is useless, as you're never going to solve the issue, just mitigate symptoms temporarily. The settings are getting wiped because sectors of the HDD are failing.

If you look on a 22-6 print out, page 5, under HDD Smart Info, it needs to show all Zeros. If it shows a bunch of numbers and letters, that means sectors of the hard drive are failing and needs to be replaced soon. Every service call, we check that report on every machine, just to get ahead of things.

Instead of purchasing a new drive for $180 USD, I recommend pulling a known good one, cloning it on to a $20 drive of the same or greater capacity and speed, and you'll save yourself hundreds if not thousands of dollars. We also do IT services, so we wipe every HDD we get back, and as we speak I'm cloning them to give to techs in the field. For instance, I cloned a 5071 drive, and put it on an SSD of the same speed and capacity, and put it in an MX3140, and it worked fine. It's not model specific anymore, so it works well.

I also recommend doing the same thing to SD cards from different series. Especially the MXM264 and 2640 series - if you still have any in the field.

We get 1TB 5400 RPM HDD's, made the same year.

There are plenty of HDD's out there for cheap but made more than a decade ago, and are prone to failure. (Trust me, I've been burned by name old but new HDD's).
        You can google: google.com/search?q=how+long+does+a+hard+drive+last?

Look up the manufacture date, and make sure it's within the last 2 years at least.
