SHARP MX M7570 Noise on fuser

I have a problem with a M7570 machine, it makes a noise when moving the fuser with the FUM motor in simulation and when printing, but it is not constant or always the same noise makes it random especially early in the morning is stronger and then softer, I changed the fuser and checked the gear and are healthy. I would start with... have you replaced the fuser?

If the machine has sat for any length of time or the fuser that you replaced it with has, the lower fuser roll may be flatspotted and on that machine it makes a lot of noise. Any fusers we have on shelf we un pressurize the rollers to prevent flatspots.

If the machine has sat for any length of time or the fuser that you replaced it with has, the lower fuser roll may be flatspotted and on that machine it makes a lot of noise. Any fusers we have on shelf we un pressurize the rollers to prevent flatspots.

The roller is ok the melter had the tension rollers so that it does not exert pressure
