Hi, I have a customer who has a BP-70C31 and a MX-3071.
They are scanning to email but it will randomly time out, happens more often on larger scans. It does not happen on the MX-3071 which has the exact same scan to email settings. Both are hardwired to the network.
We pinged the BP-70C31 and everything looks good. We also did the firmware update but that did not fix it. Scan error are NG440000 and NG800000.
Any ideas on what to try next? We are thinking of setting up a scan to folder but they would rather scan to email.
