    BP-70c45 lines

Hello, this machine is basically new. Cust called in for a line problem. It did not recreate the problem on prints or copies. Seeing if anyone has ran into anything like this. There is no obvious problem when going over the machine. Thanks

So, if it doesn't happen on Prints or Copies, it must be happening on scans I take it? If so, have you tried changing resolution, file type, etc? I can see the lines within the example, but I can't tell if it's a print, then a scan of it, or if it's a print to PDF which isn't going to the machine at all.

Sorry, sample is a print. No other prints came with those lines or any copies. No one else there had that same sample on file to print to see if something particular to that job.

        Hi

July 2023 from me to Sharp Germany:
We got 2 new Sharp BP-70C45s yesterday.
Both devices caused streaks across the direction of travel when copying/printing. In both cases there were 4 massive, solid strips on the transfer belt and 1 strip on the drum of the BK unit.
The stripes on the transfer belt (each in a different color) indicate that there was constant pressure during transport.
