BP70M31 Just the blue light

I have a BP70M31 that only has a blinking blue light, and the power button on the op panel does nothing, Tried replacing the op panel and the MFP PWB with no change. Anyone faced this issue before?

Fairly new device, less than 6 months old, first call on the machine. no errors displayed because the screen never turns on. not sure of the meter as, once again, it never turns on. Fans dont come on and fuser stays cold.

I would try a CN Update, see if it goes in to the update mode, and then if it does, push the firmware. If that doesn't work, maybe try disconnecting any extra devices like a finisher, LCT, fax, ADF, RFID card reader, base, and see if anything changes.

We had a BP-50C36 do this a month after it was installed. We replaced the DC power supply on 11/28/2022 and the machine hasn't has a service call since then.
