Are there any of you using Printanista or Printfleet?

I'm wondering how you guys capture 'waste toner almost full', because we only seem to get empty or full.

I'm wondering how you guys capture 'waste toner almost full', because we only seem to get empty or full.

We don't use either, however:

When we install, we send a waste box with the machine(if under contract), and put a sticker(stating such) on it and let them know a bunch of times - to call to reorder it when used as we can't track it. Rarely have issues with it, and if we do it's because the customer misplaced the waste box or they dropped the ball and didn't call to reorder.
