Sharp Toner

Hello All,

I am new into sharp mfps' hardware parts. Mostly I have done software installations for sharp mfp.

We have this BP20M22 on site. We have issued a toner BPFT201 which according to dealer has a yield of around 20K but the customer is saying it runs out after 3K.
Is there a report that can be printed to determine if the customer is printing more than the minimum coverage count? Is the toner really rated for 20K and not 3K?

I don't have access to the 20Mxx manual, but for the 30Mxx there is two toner :
BP-xT300 27.5k
BP-xT301 8.6k
You probably have the low yield toner

The strange thing is that the machine comes with introductory toner which yields around 2K maybe?
Then we replaced the toner 3 times but after the third one, it is asking again. The current total counter is at 15K.

One of the folks I have asked says a firmware update and a developer change is required.

The printer is installed last september only.

The US doesn't have that model but from what I found Hart is correct.

BP-GT201 is an 8.4K
BP-GT200 is the 20K

An end user could easily get less than half yield based on what they print or copy.

Glad we don't have Sharp models that take more than one toner.

Simulation 22-25 Press execute and it will print out coverage report.
