              All transport locks removed? All units (drums + developer) removed and reinstalled?
              Which firmware version was originally on it? From version 03.20. There is an installation wizard that MUST be used to assign a new password.

                  I had a brand new BP-70C55 with a connector on the PCU PWB that wasnt connected properly (bent pin)

                  Hopper yellow wasnt working correctly.

                  Maybe check those connectors?
