Sharp MX 402SC - Feels like it lost software

Can anyone tell what's happening with the my sharp mx-402sc, its booting with normal sharp logo-See picture 1, then there is no normal language signs coming on the screen. everything appeas in NO_ID format Picture 2,3,4 even home screen is in the same way. *****SIM is not working*****

Tried turning off & On
Tried changing hard disk

Booted to Update mode on Main board

Tried to update firmware by using USB(Changed file name emupdate_j2.sfu). Version Check > Firm Update > Data ERROR!!!


Tried updating using web portal, same thing appears with NO_ID's and Lost admin password, ::::Totally exhausted.

Can any one help me to resolve printer issues.

SD card failure more than likely. I assume you mean you changed the HDD? There also might be some program roms causing issues.

Yes I have installed new empty HDD to check whats the issue. after attaching a new HDD it is saying ***ROM UNUSUAL***

tried to update FIRMWARE on it, after that DATA ERROR!!!
