How to delete a non-empty folder in Document fillng

Not the first time that I'm stuck on this.
I create one folder for each user for print retention.
Some users are no longer with the company, so I want to delete the folder, but I can't, the MFP complains that it's not empty.
If you have a solution to delete several folders at the same time, or if it's not possible how to do it one by one (but I have almost 100 folders to delete).

In the Condition Settings is the setting:

    Administrator Authority Setting: Delete File
    Delete Folder
Maybe that is what you are searching for? As Admin you can delete now the files within and the folder

Nope that's what I was trying before but still the same error.

If I'm not logged as Admin :

      When logged :

I can only delete a folder if I type the pin, one at a time, but I don't know the PIN.

And I can't change it since it's asking to "Select a user name" but it's grayed ...

The user was deleted and now I'm stuck because I can't change the user for this folder.

System Settings > Document Filing Settings > Automatic Deletion of File Settings > Change one of the "schedules" to basically be 5 mins from now, and select which folders you need. Never done it, but it looks like it will help. If it doesn't, you may need to backup the folders themselves, and wipe all of them, and import the folders back in, but that's dangerous.

The schedule did the job on my test machine, now I need to try on the customers' ones.
          Thanks !
