We had something similar on a monochrome BP, meandering adjustment was out of spec, and we couldn't get it within spec, but it kept making noise only AFTER it was done printing envelopes. We ended up swapping the whole unit to test and it worked fine so we left it. We kept the old one as a temp unit, or possibly using it if the customer doesn't print envelopes.
