    I have a customer who says every time the machine receives a print job, the machine makes an audible beep.

    All sound settings are set to OFF. See image below.

    I have not seen this in person, but I can not recreate on any of the BP's

    Cannot find any place on the machine to indicate "beep on job receive"

    Has anyone seen this or know how to stop it?

      Could it be a UPS backup near the copier on the same circuit? We had an account where they overloaded the circuit and a UPS would beep because of a sag condition every time the copier came out of preheat.

      I have also heard one of new finishers make something like a slight beep when the copier would wake up to print/copy. We set it in and the customer never complained though.

          You sure it's not just a sound that is similar to a beep? Like it's really a squeak coming from the charge rollers(very common noise complaint on this series) perhaps?
