    Service Mode

How do I go into 'service mode' for a Sharp AR-337? I have been told that by doing this I can learn what the key operator code is - the copier we have is a donated one and no one knows what that code is - and we need to find this out to make it work.

Any info or help or suggestions would be very appreciated!!!

thank you - i found that in one of the manuals - but that has yet to help - all i am trying to do is to change the operator code - but since we dont know what it is i can not do that - so i was trying to get into the service mode in hopes of retrieving it - any suggestions?

enter sim (service mode) p-interupt-c-interupt. 22 start...7 start... this will display the key operator code then in setting you can disable account codes so you never have to use this code again.
