Ar f 16 saddle sticher staple problem

Finisher is attached to a AR-550. in the middle of a job the copier jammed indicating jam at stapler. The last three booklets that it had finished only had one staple the back side one nothing in front side after removing staplers and cleaning i replaced them and ran them without the cover and front door open, when the stapling reload test page inters stapling position the back stapler drive is moving but not the front one and the copier displays ....jam at stapler... swapped staplers and same problem no error codes just jam code..FSTPL..... any clues Thanks

Check for wear on the STP Tray sensor (0CW4123R085//) and Delivery Sensor flange (0CW4123R164//), especially on high volume machines.

saddle stich stapler problem

Thanks wazza, I checked the sensors and flags and there ok, If i use the main stapler i have no problem only when i use the saddle stich staplers the jam code comes up with ck the stapler position or stapler jam on display Again i tried different staplers and reset connectors at staplers and pcb and the front stapler will not activate. No error codes
