Have an MX2300 That will not detect original size off the glass. Just says load 11x17 paper. Any ideas about the most likely cause?

Have you ran TC 41-1 to see if your PD sensors are working? Try running TC 41-2 document size sensor sensitivity adjustment. If this doesn't work, you may have bad PD sensors."You can't trust your eyes, if your mind is out of focus" --
