    MX-2700N Printing issue

Hoping someone has dealt with this before. Have a machine in an environment where the customer is a tad pickier than average. They submit government contracts, and the margin has to be one inch on each side. (was told it would cost 70 jobs if submitted incorrectly) With the printer registration adjustment I was able to make the machine work to their needs on single-sided copies. In my infinite wisdom I decided to check a duplex print job.......while one margin is dead on, the trailing margin (this is all fed portrait) is off. Turns out there is a slight enlargement on the second side. The first side maintains the correct margins, but the second side is enlarged so that it extends out about 1/32nd of an inch too far. I tried the manual, and dread the thought of generating a hot-line call, so thought I'd see if anyone knew if there was a motor speed adjustment or any other adjustment I could do to affect one side of a duplex copy. Thanks for any help.....

1/32 of an inch.......Are you serious? WOW, some people are picky!

I'd run 50-28, setup/print adj, select your tray & ADU. Scan in both pages to reset page centering. Then make margin width adjustments once both sides are the same.
