    Web setup for ARM350N

    Hai all, need help.
    I want to delete the networkw scanner address,i open up the Network scanner tool>web setup>Destination Management>it pop up the user name and password box,after i cancel, it show "401 Anthorization Required"
    Is my copier or pc need to log in password and how to clear?Any idea?Thanks.

      When you go to destination management these are the logins

      Login: admin
      Password: Sharp

      Also be sure NOT to be in image send mode on the copier or you will get an error message when you go to submit your request. Can only delete one entry at a time.

          When i login with the "admin and sharp" it still the same, it will not allow me to login.Any other way ?Thanks

              Try admin and admin. On the Sharp password in it has to be a capital S.

                  Thanks for your reply.Yes,i put capital S on the sharp password.Can i clear the Simulation 88>7> Scanner all memory clear ?
                  Thanks.Would it help to clear the password?Or it will clear the whole scanner?

                      I'm sorry I can't help you there. I've never had to reset the web password before so I'm not sure if that will work. Did you try to reset the NIC? I looked at the ARP20/21 SM and there is nothing about it there.

                      Please let me know if that works or not.

                              I just set it to factoy default and all the address has gone and when i go to web setup the password still appear.
