sharp ar counter reset

hello ,
i have an sharp ar 275 copier ...i has copied 30,000copies . i want to reset the counter to 10,000copies .. how do i program it ?

not really dat i want to reset it ............ some people want to use the machine and the want the counter to start for zero so as to determine copy lent.

when the lease is done current copy count minus 30000 equals what they ran. rolling back counters is FRAUD..

Hello,
I would advise you to use the EKC/Auditron function.Every user has to input a code before it can use the machine.Can be set for scan/print/copy.
See the user manual to set.

hello guy help me with the program option my boss has just asked me to do it before 30min or i loss my job

This is called account track.Go in the user mode and enable account track.
How to do this is explained in de user manual.
By entering an 5 code number you can make copies /prints/scans.
By printing a list every user can see how many prints /copies/scans it has made.
