    AR-M355U/Network Kit

Installed the network kit on a AR-M355U copier, but i'm not sure how to get a product number. I have an application number, but couldn't find anywhere on sharps site to register it and get a product key. Any ideas?

You need the ARP21,it includes the NIC card as well as the HDD. I hope this helps.

Do a search on IDNC under activation. There is the username, password & URL for the product key website.
        Hope that helps !

Yes, you need to be an authorized dealer to have a login to IDNC Service.
                  Hope that helps !

My only option is to contact a dealer? Didn't really want to do that since I picked it up off of ebay...

If you throw some business to a local Sharp dealer and explain your situation, they might register the kit for you.
                            Good luck.

Alright, I'll try that we already do some business with one of our local dealers, but I felt kind of bad asking them to activate it for me since I didn't buy the expansion kit from them. I just didn't realize there wasn't any way of activating without being a dealer.

Thanks to everyone for the replies.
