    Sharp ar 5320e e7 sub 2 trouble

Good day!!! I have a problem w/ one of my client, lately their machine was infested by ants. I found so many ants in the lsu unit. So i have no choice but to removed ants and cleaned the lsu unit but when i return the unit a trouble of e7 sub 2 appear. I checked the rotation of the polygon motor and its rotating. Sim 61 sub 3 has problem,, does it mean that laser pwb was defective? If so, is there any remedy with it? I have encountered this ants problem with this machine twice and i made the same procedure but lately i didint suceed .... Is there any remedy or should i advise my clients to replace the lsu unit? Thanks for your intelligent response>>>>

I've got a guess that you might have a beam detect condition. When you cleaned the laser did you specifically clean the beam detect mirror & receiver? Did you clean the laser diode and lenses? I suspect that the mirror motor is fine, because you'dd have a L6-10 condition. Also check that you properly seated all the lenses, mirrors, all those precisely positioned components in the laser unit. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
