the stapled set doesn't deliver causing misfeed, it is an intermittent problem the finisher arn6 was
    swapped but problem still persists

    Jam codes please.

There are no bulletins which I can see on this issue as yet, so we will need the jam codes for further assistance.

        we need more specifics.

jam codes, any error codes in the history, meter, was the fn6 you swapped a new one or used one? Where does the paper stop at?

If your copy is stapling and then getting jammed you can check the tension on the belts in the finisher and clean them depending on use. There is a tech bulletin out for this. Also if it pushes the copy out about an inch and then jams the flag that is on the output of the tray can become stuck (sticky). I have had both of these situations occur with the FN6 in offset or staple mode.

                    Good luck.
