    Sharp AL-1631 negative image

I have a sharp AL 1631 copier that is making a perfect negative or reverse image, whats white is black and what is black is white. I know a lot of machines actually have a button for this but this machine does not and it is not in the user modes either so I am at a loss as to why this machine just started to do this out of the blue and I cannot figure out how to make it stop. I have read all of the simulations and did the usual crop for problems codes but to no avail. The supplies were not changed prior to this happening so that rules them out. Any help?

I've seen incompatible toner create negatives like this. Specifically, it was Samsung dual component toner in an analog mono-component Canon NP-2120. Who knows?
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

        problem solved

I solved the negative imaging by replacing the drum assembly. The customer had a paper jam and apon removal of the jam the machine went negative imaging. Replaced drum and now it is positive again.

I had a problem with something like that and the drum was the issue.
