    MX4100 multi-feed transport roller squeeking.

I have an MX4100 with about 25000 copies on it. The MF transport roller on the bottom of the right door is squeeking. I can take it apart, clean and lube the bushings and it will run quiet for about 2 weeks. I thought maybe something in the frame it mounts to was bent, but I don't see anything. I haven't been able to find any bulletins on this and thought maybe someone else had run across the same thing. The machine started doing this right away after it was installed. I'd like a more permanant solution than lubing it every two weeks. Any ideas for me?
I know I should be ashamed of myself. Strangely though, I am not.

Noise in that area is quite common on both the first and second series MX machines. Take the whole door off, remove the lower black cover, remove the inner cover and springs. You will find 2 shafts with some transport/guide rollers. Take them out and lub the shafts. Replace everything as normal.
If you run sim 6-01 PFM and the noise is present, the noise is in the lower side door. Sometimes it happens to the black rollers in the smaller side door below the main door as well.
Again, noise in that area is common. If lubricated correctly and in the right spots, the noise will be gone for a long time... possiblly forever.
There are no bulletins on this problem, just plenty of experience.

Thanks, that's what I did. Hopefully it will last longer now. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't barking up the wrong tree.
