Sharp ARM355N

Hi everybody, happy friday!

We just got a Sharp ARM 355N but the key operator code was changed and we have not being able to install the scanner without it. Does anybody know how to reset this code without the old one?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.

You can go into sim 24-7 and get the key op code number that it was changed to.

Gitana and bilyahn that's not sim 24-7 its 22-7 to check the value of the key operator programs... 24-7 is for drum counter clear.
