This machine is jamming on a regulat basis when duplexing. The funny thing is it runs two sided 11x17 just fine. It's jamming right after the turn-around. I tried cleaning all of the rollers without success. Ideas? THANKS

This machine has a lot of problems with the turnover/deliver unit. What is the jam code? There is an involved post from last year that goes into all of the problems and some of the solutions.
