    MX-4100N u2-60

    Hello can someone help me with the following code on the MX-4100??
    Is not available on the service manual.

      the u2-60 is a watermark check error use sim 16 to reset this code

          I know that sim 16 is resetting U2 codes. Unfortunally this doesn't work by U2-60..............

              Cause Watermark data trouble
              Check & Remedy Use SIM49-5 to upload the watermark data.

              This is from the SM for corrective action. Only has mention of Sim 49-5

                      Yes, that is the fix. Upload new watermark firmware as the machine gives the error code with a new HDD. If a previous clone was re-applied to the HDD, you wouldnt get the error.
