    Mxc311 mac issue!

    Hey Guys,

    I have just finished installing a MXC311 with pin authentication for all users into a real estate office. One of the agents has a mac. I cannot figure out how to get the mac driver configured to use a username and password to print. Do any of you have instructions for how to do this? I could not find any documentation on Sharpnet. Right now all PC users can log in and print fine, but the MAC user cannot print. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

      After you have installed the printer on the MAC
      Open any document to print
      Select the C311
      Click on the arrow to the right of where it shows Copies & Pages
      Select Job Accounting
      Check the Job Accounting box
      Enter the Account code

      You can check lock these settings if they never use a different code.
