    [Misc] Firmware problem

When upgrading firmware on MX4101 with latest version on Sharps site I and several other of the techs where I work are having a problem getting it to install correctly CJPT2_MAINsEFS_100203a.sfu and cju2_update_PCU_0114J2aa.sfu
    any one else having issues?

Download and install the full version for the engine, as it will include all component versions in one go.

Never seen a problem with Sharp firmware for the MX machines that was listed online. It should download and install as one file. The file names you have listed look wrong to me, although that could be an overseas thing.

If you are having problems, I can send you a good, known working copy of mine. I always carry the very latest at all times, and I install it every day.

Assuming you're using USB, I'd try network or FTP.
        Hope that helps !
