Haven't had that one before. Have you run 66-10 to reset the fax memory?

        Hi DINGO.
Does the machine dial? If yes, do you have any error codes on the activity report?
Am I safe in assuming that this machine is from the Andromeda series? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Dave, its the same as your ARM237. We have it here as the ARM236 too.

I have had a fax issue with ARM201 where by it can send but cannot receive. We provided ADSL microfilter and changed country of location of machine in Simulation to another country and it works fine. The machine was in UK but we changed it to New Zealand and that resolved the problem. Normally the settings are combination of 8 binary bits.

I would try replacing the memory first, and if that does not help then the fax card. =^..^=
