Sounds like you may have a short somewhere if the fuse keeps blowing. Have you removed the power supply? It is a pain to get out depending on your configuration but that is where I would start to see if you have a problem. I have had the fans that are located just above the power supply damage some of the wires that run through there.

    Good luck.

I agree with bilyan. Most likely, there is some sort of short circuit in the power supply. A short on the low voltage side would not blow the main fuse.

In this situation the smell test works well. If your power supply board smells like bacon, you probably will have to replace it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I totally agree with the above, but also check the fuser unit. I had one a few years ago which had a pinched cable which was doing the same thing. It was a workshop rebuild fuser, and was working fine for 3 months, then decided to short out.

          (it wasn't my rebuild either!)
