[Jamming] Saddle stitch jam in MXFNX10 finisher

I have yet another MXFNX10 which jams in saddle stitch only. What happens is you could get 1 or 2 saddle stitch sets out ok and few sheets are collected in the alignment area and MFD has a message on screen as follows: ''Check saddle stapler position or staple jam. When paper is placed on the offset tray, remove it''.
I updated firmware and replace saddle staple cartridge but had no luck.
FYI cover settings is from bypass tray.
Any help from anyone who had had this before. Thanks

Is the jam code FPPD3_N?

If so, you have a problem with a mylar inside the finisher. Unfortunately, the whole finisher has to come apart to be fixed correctly.

In my case no jam code at all. The MFD just stops displaying the message on screen.
