    Error: FTP in use - Installing Network scanner.

    So the SHARP tech guy is trying to install our new document centres scanner but is unable too?

    It appears that the FTP port is in use. How can I change it so it isn't in use/find out what program is using that port.

    I've tried uninstalling/re-installing Sharpdesk. I've also tried changing the port in the NST & the profile. Neither of those worked. I've looked around, but have been unable to find anything to resolve this issue.

      try changing the port on the button, or scan destination via the copiers web interface, just a guess

        It could be the firewall/windows defender. Also, check to make sure that no "odd" free virus protection is running. That's what was giving me that problem until I turned off defender.
