    hi,all friend,i just installed 1 unit mxm453u,i do 25-2,after install toner,than do sim 44-6,44-26,46-24,after i use test chart to copy ,the copy image is blur,i think i miss step to install sim,so can help me for any method to do?thanks

      What does any test print look like? Print off a system settings page. You mentioned copy image is blurry, but what about the print. Possibly a scanner issue only. Got a sample page? Scan a page with the fault please.

              Check for anything obvious, like transport damage. Run scanner motor tests in sim 1. Check CCD unit and all mirrors/optics.

              Its gotta be something easy, but without seeing a sample or being there, its hard to say what it is.
