Man, you are going to hate this machine.

I just have one question for you. Do they run large amounts of cardstock? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

This Parts & Service manual can now be purchased for $11.77 and downloaded immediately after payment from The Internet's largest collection of manuals

        Agreed.
Got 2 left in the field...... Am counting the days until they're gone. Unfortunately I gotta look after them (I'm the only one will balls big enough to walk in the front door).

H4-00 is a fuser problem, has to do with the heat roller, you can reset in simulation mode 14, access simulation vi program interrupt clear interupt. Might try raising the fuser roller tempature as well.

My advice would be to arrange for it to have an unfortunate, but fatal, accident. But the above post is a good backup plan.
