Telstra is Australia's main telephone & line company. Its only available to use here.
I said that it is something I do when doing those calls, hoping it would jog someones memory if a similar method up north is available.

First thing you need to do is run a fax memory clear (sim 66-10) and make sure the firmware for the fax kit is 01.02.P2 or higher.
Make sure the destination settings are correct in 26-06 & 66-02.
Whenever I have a fax service call, as a good test, I always print about 20 pages from the machine in sim 64-05, then fax it back to the office, as well as using the Telstra Testfax service, which sends a report page back on line & transmission levels etc etc.
If you can send those pages OK, there is nothing wrong with the machine.Leave a comment:

You may want to verify the memory is in the right slot (E) and the right one as I believe the right fax memory within sim 22-10 is MX-MMX1. The one you list (I think) is from the MX-FXX1 (doh! wrong - sorry).
Correction: The MX-MMX1 is the one it should read for the MX-C311 fax kit (MX-FXX3) - BUT the ARMM9 is for ???? maybe AR- series???? but not for the MX-FXX3.Leave a comment:

Faxing on mxc311
Hello all
Been having a few calls now on the mxc311 with fax kit fxx3. Customers are saying that they can only fax a few pages at a time. Every time I get there I check 22-10 and it says that the fax memory armm9 is installed. Has anyone ever had this and found a solution?? Any help or tips is greatly appreciated!!! THANKS!!!
