    [Jamming] Sharp MX4101 Paper jams

Hello, have any of you guys had a mx4101 with regular PPD2_N1 and N2 jams?
I have a mchine that has done around 70K that has up to 10 of these a day, the paper appears to just fall short of the rego rollers when it jams.
I have tried cleaning the rollers on the horizontal part of the paper feed path and replacing clutch units in the paper feed drive unit.
Has anyone had this problem and what did you do to fix it, any suggestions would be most welcome, thanks.

Most common cause on the MX4100/5000's is paper dust buildup on the reflection sensors in the upper vertical transport area, very stained/dirty vertical transport rollers (along with the horizontal ones), or less common is a black drum blade flip or drum phase sensor failure.
Make sure firmware is up to date. Clean all vertical transport rollers/sensors. If the paper in use is quite dusty, you can change the reflection sensors over with the old type sensor arm/interrupter as these will not get contaminated with dust.
You have already changed the PF drive unit clutches, so its most likely paper lead edge/trail edge not knowing its location (dirty sensors) or stained rollers (paper slipping/mis-timing).

Hi Stressed, we had something similar on this type of machine. Slightly lower volume. We changed all the units you did, but with no result. We noticed that the side door was a few millimeters further out than would be normal, when it was closed. We "gently persuaded" the slide rails of the side door unit in an upward manner. Yep, bend them up! That was 2 months ago and the machine has been running since.
