    Do you have a punch unit installed? Only 2 things show up on this from Sharp. One is the punch unit dip switches are wrong and the other involves a ROM update done in the wrong order if you have an LCT installed. Only information I could find. Hope this is helpful.

    The HDD was replaced as well.
    it boots up and it has that message right away and stays there.

    If this is happening straight away on bootup, and the message stays there, it very well could be looking for the HDD to finish bootup.

    "Please wait" message

    We have an MX6200 that has a "Please wait" message on the screen and it doesn't let you do anything.
    We have tried updating the firmware, replaced MFP, PCU PWb and mother board. Checked all the fuses, removed options, removed security kit. But still no luck.
    Has anyone seen this before?
Working...
