Have you tried running engine prints in simulation 64? If engine prints look good you can be certain that it is a scanner issue. For example, uneven light output from the exposure lamp, or mis-aligned white plate for the CCD (run a two sided copy: if one side is OK and the other is shaded you can be sure it is the white plate alignment.).
If the engine print has the same problem perhaps a dirty thermistor is causing elevated fuser temperature and toner transferring from the dirty fuser to the copies. Is the cleaning auger intact (not twisted off)? It may look OK but when the male coupler is turned the auger may not.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
