    AR-507

I'm working on an AR-507 that has a code F1-15 I think that's a finisher code but not sure.
When I look at the elevator tray it is crooked. How do I straiten the tray and get it back to the home position cause it has dropped all the way to the bottem.

Is it an AR-FN1N, AR-FN2, or an AR-FN3 finisher? It's written on that little silver tag.

I'm guessing that it's an AR-FN2, because it's fairly common to position the exit tray over or under a table. When it tries to move something has to give, usually the timing belt jumps a few teeth. Another way to screw up this finisher is to carry it by that exit tray. The tray cannot support the weight of the whole finisher.

Take off the covers, slip the timing belt off one of the pulleys, then reposition the pulley so the tray is as level as possible. Sometimes you can only get it as close as 1/2 a tooth. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
