I lost user admin and pass web page of ARM 700 N

Hi all, i have one ARM 700 N but i lost the user name of admin as well pass of this, so i can't login to setup scan, some one know how to reset this to default

and active the scan kit that photo ready have the scan kit but i don't know how to open this
please help me thanks all you guys

The scan kit will require a product key to enable, if I am reading this right. You can find the admin password in Sim 22-7. Once you have that then you can change it to what you want but I do not think you can set it back to it's default of 00000, or at least on the older models you couldn't but haven't tried to on this one.

PS I am guessing that you need the machine admin password not the webpage login and password, correct?

sim 22-7 just find the admin pass when you use the control panel, but when you setup by web interface you have another pass usually this id admin pass Sharp but some one change that pass, so how can i reset this to default, some function on the web when setup it this request the id and pass such as setup scan, dns, email

You have to reinitialize the NIC through the Custom Settings/Key Operator. This will reset the web login to admin/Sharp.

this you mean remove the NIC out after that install that and set ip for this NIC right ?

No, enter the custom settings/Key Operator usually all 00000. Once you're in there, go into the network settings and you can set the NIC settings back to factory default. This will reset the Web username & password. It will also change the IP settings to DHCP etc.
