We have had a lot of the interface units of this stapler get brittle (mainly page 2 item 16) from fuser heat and become mostly useless. How are you other dealers handling this? Do you do a major rebuild with many parts and man hours, or just toss it? It's a shame that Sharp doesn't offer a whole Interface Unit assembly.
