sharp ar 5316 code e7

hello guys;

i have a problem of my machine ar-5316 theres a code of e7 it said on the manual that the ccd unit or laser unit is defective. Can somebody help me about the said problem it would be a great help to me and realy appriciated wait for all your reply guys! godblessssss!!!

It depends, what is the sub code ?

I agree with above post, you need to say sub-code.
I suspect its E7-11.
In which case if exposure lamp not us then upgrade firmware.

I agree with code E7-11
The machine cannot read white reference in the rear of document glass
try to clean it
if nothing happens try to stick another white reference over the old one
i tried it and works good
