    # * c * 14 should do the trick. Does the H5-01 clear and then come back after it has jammed a few times? Or is it not resetting at all?

Make sure the machine is in 'Copy' mode before entering service mode to clear the error. You cannot enter service mode if the machine is not in copy mode first.

I'd still recommend a tech checking this out, because it could be something blocking the paper path, damaged fuser or delivery unit etc etc.

Confirm you have the network card installed, even though you have the 'N' model.

Enter system settings, login as admin, setup the network settings info as you need. Obviously install drivers & configure them to your machine. Off and running.

Check if the ARP19 is installed. Print the system settings page or enter sim 22-10 and see what is installed first.

Must be Sharp network card and associated flashroms.

You can use LPR and a queue name of lp (lower case) and check off byte counting.

You need to run a network cable to the router. Make sure the little Green lights show up on the NIC on the copier. Activate DHCP on the copier and then reboot the copier when prompted. Wait a minute after bootup and print out a network setting page. You will see the IP address the router gave the copier.

An example would be 192.168.0.150 assuming you have a DLINK router. You should set a static IP on the copier. Im assuming you are a small office and do not have a specialized network. You need to set a static IP that is outside of the DHCP scope or conflicts could happen. Most DLINK or LINKSYS routers use a scope from 150-200 so you could try something like 192.168.0.10 The first 3 sets of numbers MUST be the same from what the router sent to the copier. The 4th set can be differnt.

After you set a static IP use the print driver setup wizard and it should find the copier for you and install the driver on the computer. Once the driver is installed enter the printer properties and CONFIGURATION TAB and do a auto config on the copier so the paper sizes and finishing options show up.

Log into system settings as administrator. Password is admin (default). select network settings. It all is very straightforward from there.
The information that Lawrence has given is excellent. Once in network settings, you will see everything you need.
