    paper problem

i bought one Sharp MX-2600N. I received the machine and put on. I put inside same A3 papers but colours are not sticked on the paper. Can someone suggest to me which paper i need to use? Is it better to call some technician for the first installation? I have very less knowledge about these machines.

Why don't you go to the Sharp site in Europe and get the user's manual and read it.

I have absolutely no knowledge about those machines, but did you follow the instrallation instructions to the letter? Usually new machines have the fuser rollers without pressure, which must be applied during installation - perhaps you missed that?

Pick up your installation instructions and verify everything to make sure you didn't miss anything.

The MX2600 applies fuser pressure via a motor during use, and disables pressure during pre-heat, sleep & power off modes. So it cant be that.
I agree with Mr Who. Did you run the installation procedure correctly (did you run this up or someone else)?
Is the paper you are using less than 105gsm for plain paper setting? You wouldn't happen to be using Heavy paper on the plain paper setting would you?

It may not even be the paper. Typically there's only three scenarios where toner won't fuse to paper and the paper is to blame.

          1. coated papers not designed for toner devices
          2. paper with high moisture content, ever see how wax and water don't play well together. try cold water on a hot candle to see what i mean.
          3. improper pressure and temp for the given thickness of the paper.

So, did you buy it from a dealer? If so, call them and get them to help you. If you bought it third party, did you see it working before buying it?

There's a host of potential problems so need to know if it ever worked or if you've never seen it work before.

Are the pressure release levers on the side of the fuser unit in the down position? If these are up the machine will still operate but you get poor fusing.

                  Wrong series machine buddy.
As I've already stated, fuser pressure is applied off/on via the separation motor. No more pressure levers in everything from the Pastel2's onwards.
