    MX-M550N Scanning issue

I Have a Sharp MX-M550N with the print/scan. The scanner is listed as Standard but when i press the IMAGE SEND button, the display says "Option Not Installed". Why is this?

Enter the key ops and go to the last page and go to product key. Check to see if Network Scanning is highlighted (black).

If it's not you don't have the key inputed.

        Hallo,
the ethernet scanner is not standard on this model.
You must have an MX-NSX1 (10 license Scan Kit) and activate it with the related procedure.
At this time your Scan Kit will forever follow the machine serial number and you cannot activate it on another machine.

Wtroll is right here. You need the NSX1 kit for network scanning on the Dragon2's.

Check 22-10 to see if network scanner is activated. If not you need to buy the NSX1 kit.
