Can't clear the fax Q

Hi guys, I've got an ar-m237 that has a job in the fax Q that will not clear. Tried going into status, but the stop/delete button in not highlighted. The "data" light keeps blinking. Tried unplugging machine. Went through the sp-modes, but didn't see anything there. I'm stuck...PLEASE Help. Thanks

Run 66-10. That is the fax memory clear function. That will kill anything & everything in the queue. You will not lose any other data or settings, only fax memory.

Are you sure its not just a paper tray setting holding you back? Fax tray must be called 'plain' and have fax activated in the tray settings. If it is a genuine corrupt fax, just run 66-10. Takes a few minutes, but will restart clean afterwards.

Thanks Wazza. Yeah, I checked the tray settings and all were correct. I'll head back there on Monday and let you know.
