Hello!i have a sharp copier ARM276 with the U2-40 error I've change the toner catridge and the error is always present I've try to clear the error but key not work to panel. I want help. Thanks

Here are the steps for troubleshooting that problem beyond replacing the toner. Haven't had an issue where replacing the toner or checking the DV unit hasn't fixed this. Are you using OEM or refilled toners?

Replace the CRUM chip.
Check installation of the developing unit.
Clear the trouble with SIM 16.

my toner is good because in the stock all toner have work in other machin. I can't enter the sim to clear the trouble because the keys of panel did'nt work.

Are you in copy mode? Can't remember on this model but some models can't enter sims if they are not in copy mode (panel is in image send or document filing).

Try opening the side door and power the machine off and on then try entering sims and clear with 16 with the door open.
