    [Misc] Machine factory resets

I was hoping that someone may instruct me on how to clear the memory on some Sharp copiers. I work for Kyocera and we picked up 3 Sharps that need to be reformatted or memory cleared, before they are sent back to the leasing company.
    The models are: AR-M237, AR-M355N, & AR-M550N.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!!

You'll need to run sim 62-01 to format the HDD and 67-17 for an NVRAM clear.
If they have a fax kit installed, run 66-10 too. That will clear any fax memory that has not been done already.

Will the NVRAM clear also remove things from the JOB STATUS completed queue? I did a HDD format on a MX2300 and all the existing completed fax history was still there.

A full HDD format will clear all the job log data (which is on the HDD for the MX2300N's). This will return the job status screen to empty.

I tried that and it was still there. Im certian ive done a 62-1 on this copier and that did not even get rid of the history. Just tried 62-10 and that removed it.
