I'm have a Sharp AR651 that has an jams, generating the E01 error code. According to the field service manual, this is a jam before the fuser. I did a visual inspection of the transport belt and the entry of the fuser. Could this be a clutch issue? I tried to look this up under the Toshiba forum, no joy.

E01 is leading edge of paper not reaching fuser exit sensor.
If you are sure that the belt & fuser are rotating correctly, fit a 1.6mm washer between the fuser unit & connector, located on the rear of the fuser unit. That is a known fix for some jamming at the fuser, including E01 code.
I haven't worked on either the 651 or 810 for years & years, but can recall that problem. -
